Monroe County History Museum, 724 Elaine Drive, Waterloo, IL.  Most people think of Annie as an expert shot with the Wild West Show, but there was so much more to her life than that.  She rose from poverty to being world famous, but never lost her Quaker up-bringing.  Barbara Kay is a retired high school history teacher, born and raised in St Louis.  Her mother’s family was from Maeystown and Fults.
