Historic Buildings and Bridges along the Kaskaskia-Cahokia Trail

Emilie Eggemeyer, an Illinois Department of Transportation’s Architectural Historian in the Cultural Resources Unit, Bureau of Design and Environment. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in historic preservation from Southeast Missouri State University and Ball State University, respectively. She has worked in the preservation field for seven years, and grew up in Waterloo.
