Madness: The War of 1812

How did the US overcome such things as indecisiveness on the part of Congress, untrained troops, incompetence and laziness in the Army’s senior Officer Ranks, the outrages of Generals Hull and Wilkinson, and still hang on long enough to wear down the British to finally gain our complete independence from British Rule.
