Craig Baum will present the story of his grandfather’s and great-grandfather’s efforts to support their family during the Great Depression, highlighting their legacy “Huckabay & Baum” brand baseball bats which were used by many Monroe County ball teams.
Craig Baum is a fourth- generation bat maker from Monroe City. For over 40 years he has attempted to capture the history of Huckabay & Baum bats.
