Presented by Superintendent Frank W. Doughman. At the end of the American Revolution a fledging nation struggled with many issues including the forming of a central government. While the country proclaimed to be a republic there was no clear indication of how that would work. This program will look at the Northwest Territory and how it helped America define its future. Mr. Doughman has worked for the National Park Service for more than 30 years primarily as an interpreter/historian. After 9 years as an Interpretation Instructor at George Rogers Clark National Historical Park he was promoted to Park Superintendent in 2013.
